This front portion of the house was rebuilt over the existing foundation using Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS) for the floor, walls, and roof.

The new SIPS floor created a new flat and square platform from which to start, while the SIPS walls and roofs provided not only terrific energy performance but an expedited framing schedule.

The stair tower is vertically oriented SIPS from top to bottom, providing good structural continuity.
